All Day Breakfast Stringband plays old-time music from the Southern and Midwestern United States of America. Fiddle, guitar, double bass, banjo, and voices join forces to confirm that the old music is still exhilarating. The band formed gradually through many jam sessions in Montreal and solidified with concerts and recording sessions. Since then, they have toured extensively. They were finalists at The Appalachian String Band Festival at Clifftop, West Virginia in the traditional band category in both 2013 and 2014.

The band, founded in 2011, is comprised of Max Evans on fiddle and vocals, Matt James on banjo, Andrew Kobus on mandolin and Dara Weiss on the guitar and vocals. Following the release of two EPs, All Day Breakfast Stringband released their first full-length album, Shanghai, in 2014.

Saskatoon's Rugged Little Thing blends together a perfect cocktail of old-time, bluegrass, and folk music that feels like home. Born out of kitchen jams and late nights by campfires, these two (Ryan Shotton/guitar and vocals and Jille Magnus/banjo and vocals) perform sweet harmonies and catchy rhythms that are sure to get your toes tapping.
